ORDERS

After placing your order, please ensure you receive a confirmation email in the inbox you used to place the order. Throughout the process, you will receive further email notifications. Orders are processed after payment has been received.

We can cancel an order when:

• There are stock errors.
• There is incorrect information in the purchase.

In these cases, the amount paid will be refunded.

PRESENT OPTION

When placing your order, you can choose the gift option, which may have an associated cost. At checkout, you can also select a shipping address different from your billing address. For further information regarding gift shipping, please contact us.

DEADLINES

We work every weekday according to the Portuguese calendar. The delivery time for most orders is 3 business days. However, this depends on the current stock availability of parts and the complexity of the orders. For more information on delivery times, please contact us. Delivery times may be slightly longer during holiday periods.

DELIVERY

During the online purchase process, you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses. It is important that this information is filled in completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery. Orders are shipped from Porto, according to the chosen shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. In all shipping methods, and in the event of unsuccessful delivery due to customer responsibility and return to sender, the customer will be fully responsible for the new shipping costs.

SHIPPING METHODS

CTT

The estimated delivery time is 24 business hours after shipment. If there is no one to receive the package at the shipping address, a document will be left for collection at the nearest post office within the indicated timeframe. It is also possible to collect the package at the post office without the receipt, but with the tracking number provided and the corresponding identification document. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Majërica is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Incorrectly provided addresses
• Customs duties outside the EU

SHIPPING COSTS

Majërica offers free shipping on all orders shipped to mainland Portugal and the islands, regardless of the purchase value.

• Free shipping on all orders.
• No minimum purchase amount.
• The cost shown at checkout will always be €0. For shipments within Europe, the conditions below apply.
• For orders shipped outside of Portugal (within Europe):
• Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout and vary depending on the destination country.
• You can check the exact shipping costs before finalizing your order.
• Free shipping on orders over €35 to select European destinations, as indicated at checkout.

Majërica may, from time to time, offer free shipping campaigns to other destinations or for purchase amounts. Whenever this happens, these campaigns will be clearly marked on the website, both on the homepage and at checkout.

EXCHANGES

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange it. You must contact us to receive all the instructions. The gift box cannot be exchanged. In case of an exchange, Majërica will cover the shipping costs.

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw using the form. Returns are not possible for personalized items, the gift box, and any shipping costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer will bear all the costs of returning the items.

GUARANTEE

Majërica products are made of stainless steel. In case of a manufacturing defect, you can contact us to assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Damage caused by misuse, oxidation caused by chemicals, perfumes or seawater, and natural fading of color in specially plated items are not considered defects.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GARMENTS

Majërica pieces are delicate and require some simple care to preserve their beauty and durability. We recommend:

• Avoid contact with abrasive products, cosmetics, perfumes, detergents, or other chemicals.
• Store the pieces individually to avoid friction or scratches. In the case of necklaces, pack them carefully to avoid tangling.
• Avoid wearing the garments during physical exercise or activities that cause excessive sweating. Perspiration and chlorine can affect the finish, especially on garments with plating.
• Occasional cleaning: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove residue and maintain shine.
