I'm not familiar with Majërica's online store. How can I buy something from them?
To buy from Majërica's online store:

- Choose the products and add them to your cart.
- Complete your purchase by filling in your payment and delivery details.
- Complete the payment using the available options.
- Track your order status using the tracking code.
Do I need to register to buy online?
Registration is not required to make a purchase. You can make a purchase as a guest, filling in only the necessary information for shipping and payment.
However, if you prefer, you can create an account to facilitate future purchases, track orders, and receive exclusive offers. Registration is optional, but it can be helpful for a more personalized experience.
I don't have a credit card. What payment methods are available on Majërica's online store?
The available payment methods are as follows:
- Credit or Debit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard, and others for a quick and secure purchase.
- Multibanco Reference – A very popular option in Portugal. By choosing this method, you will receive the reference details to pay at an ATM or through your banking app.
- MB Way – You can pay directly with your mobile phone using the MB Way app, if you have your account linked to this service.
- PayPal – If you have a PayPal account, you can also use this option to make payments simply and securely.
To which countries does Majërica ship?
Majërica ships orders to mainland Portugal and the islands (Azores and Madeira), ensuring that all customers within the national territory can receive their products. In addition, we ship to several countries in the European Union, such as Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and others.
What is the shipping cost?
Majërica offers free shipping to mainland Portugal and the islands (Azores and Madeira) on all orders, with no minimum value.
For the European Union, shipping is free on orders over €35. For orders of lower value, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the destination and weight of the shipment.
At checkout, you can always see the exact shipping cost applicable to your order.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery time for orders in the online store of
Majërica varies depending on the destination:
• Mainland Portugal: Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
• Azores and Madeira: Delivery time may be 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.
• European Union: Delivery times may vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as stock availability or logistical conditions.
The ring I bought doesn't fit me after all. How do I exchange it?
If the ring you received doesn't fit you, you can easily exchange it through our quick and simple process. Exchanges can be requested up to 14 business days after receiving your order, provided the item is in perfect condition, shows no signs of use, and is accompanied by its original packaging. To proceed, simply send an email to majerica.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason.
After contacting us, you will receive all the instructions to proceed with the return. Once the item arrives at our facilities and we confirm that it is in order, you can choose another size of the same model or opt for another item; if it has a higher value, you will only need to pay the difference. After that, we will send the new item to the indicated address.
In cases where the exchange results from a personal preference — such as an incorrect size — the shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the exchange occurs due to an error on Majërica's part or a manufacturing defect, we assume all associated costs.
