Exchange and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange or return within the timeframe indicated below.
Timeframe for exchanges and returns
We accept exchange or return requests within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable e-commerce legislation.
General conditions
In order for us to accept the order, the item must meet the following requirements:
• Must be new, with no signs of use.
• To be free of scratches, stains, or odors
• Must be returned in the original packaging (Majërica box/bag)
• Include all accessories, if applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Items not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Other personalized items or items showing signs of use are also not eligible.
How to request an exchange or return

Includes:
• Full name
• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
Reason for the request
• Photographs (if defective)
We will respond with the next steps and the return address.
Shipping costs
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error on Majërica's part or a proven defect.
• In exchanges, the new product will be reshipped after the returned item has been received and verified.
• We recommend registered shipping, as we are not responsible for orders lost during return transit.
Refunds
After we receive and verify the item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and the respective banking institutions.
Initial shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Defective items
Upon receiving a defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographs to assess the situation and proceed accordingly.

The solution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The following are not considered defects:
• Natural wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse
• Change in color due to perfumes, seawater, pool water, or chemicals.
• Breakage due to impact or improper handling
Order cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If they are already in transit, you will need to wait for delivery and follow the return steps.
